IT training and consulting company expands
Fast Lane acquires BOS-it GmbH & Co. KG
Hamburg/Berlin, January 2, 2018 - Fast Lane have come to an agreement to acquire IT training specialist BOS-it. The takeover is expected to be completed within the next eleven months.
Founded in June 2000, BOS-it GmbH & Co. KG, headquartered in Hamburg, specializes in professional services in the cloud, big data and database environment as well as in designing, planning and implementing professional IT training. As one of the leading authorized Oracle Education Partners in Germany, BOS-it focuses on the complete Oracle curriculum and complementary consulting services. BOS-it are also a specialist in DevOps and OpenStack, agile software development, Docker, cloud computing, SUSE, Red Hat and Debian Linux, virtualization and databases (besides Oracle also MongoDB, MariaDB and others). The acquisition expands the Fast Lane team by 135 highly certified experts of BOS-it and increases the customer base by a further 250 BOS-it customers in Germany.
Fast Lane will fully integrate BOS-it's offerings into the existing portfolio.
